Create a simple EPS or freehand print proof

The Job
This is a print project of 50mm x 3700mm. I have a illustrator file of the logo (however it is later than cs3 as I can't open it so you may also need cs5) a mockup of the message (to be written in an available free font)and a rough design depicting overall vision provided by the client.

I need this to be transformed into a eps or freehand print proof and visual mockup for us to send to the printers. Some tweaks may also be needed after our client and the printers view the mockup. So please consider this in your proposal.

This is for a new business that is gaining traction and I simply don't have the time to fiddle with these elements of orders (especially if it means installing later versions of adobe cs to complete the task) so there is a chance of future work for the right candidate of the same nature and piece work from our other businesses for the right candidate.

Work will be under NDA and all files must be deleted from your computer once delivery has been completed, this cannot go in your portfolio.

I need a professional graphic designer that is used to creating print proofs and understands how important it is to get this correctly sized and in the right colour format, the devil is in the detail, if it is put together incorrectly and the print looks bad it is very expensive to fix and incredibly harmful to our reputation.

If you are that person this project will be laughably simple and will not take you long at all no illustration required!! However this is not a job for the inexperienced so please don't waste your credits applying if you are starting out. Sorry.
