Create A Responsive WordPress Theme URGENT

I’m looking for a WordPress developer who can create a visually stunning theme along the lines of the following websites:

The completed website will have a splash page to capture Newsletter Subscriptions and each page will be looking to achieve this too.

This project should be completed by Monday (I know it is short notice) although there is a little flexibility on the finer details. I simply need to have the majority of the work completed for Monday the 10th of June.

This isn't a big job, but I don't have the time to it myself and will not let my client down. The person awarded this job will be in a good position to pick up more work ongoing as I am looking to outsource a lot of my work over the course of the next 6 months and perhaps even on a full time basis.
