Create a responsive WordPress template (SBE: 2013 Website)

Convert supplied PSDs into a responsive WordPress template

# Overview
- Template is for a company called the School Branding Experts
- Logo is to sit outside of the main page on the right
- A guide to how the site will collapse in response to smaller screen sizes can be supplied but as a rule content on the right will fall under content on the left and full width content such as an image will shrink to fit
- Background images to size with page width
- Deadline is 5 September and estimate work will take 5 days. Hope design to be confirmed by 28th
- If plugins are required to achieve elements in the design this is fine but it would help to have info on how they'll work and be setup.

# Landing page
- Image slider (just under quote) will move through key areas Brand, Print etc showing an image and text overlay to left hand side. Hold time should be editable if possible or if not hold for 5 seconds. Whole image and area title below should click through to a defined page.
- 3 boxes under twitter feed to link through to a page. Would like to have content coming from HTML on the home page rather than widgets. When hovering over image it dims image slightly to grey and title shows (see middle col for example of this)

- Expect this to use same HTMl boxes shown on homepage

# Expertise detail (and regular page)
- Top image (shows St Georges ascot brochure) to use featured image
- Internal image next to text to be embedded as part of HTML content
