Create a project to design windows doors and structurs from DXF

ATTENTION:This project is not for 3D modelling, but to create a software in C# to design fenestration
The desired system is a system for designing structures, both flat and 3D drawings. The main purpose and fail to draw windows, doors, facades and structures. In order to draw this, will have to have a database of profiles dxf PVC profiles with associated colors. These profiles have the same dimensions, according to the DXF. Then, the objective is to be able to draw a shape, both in plan and in several plans and apply those profiles, so we can draw a structure, window, door, etc.. This design should be the scale, and the end should give information on the material used, as well as their measures. In these models we can draw simple windows with divisions, align the said divisions, facades and even conservatories.
The main objective is to be very easy to design and order these gaps.
