Create a product gallery page with seperate web pages displaying on hover - Wordpress

I have a client who needs to display their products in a clearer way.

Currently they present these in table format. But what they want is to have a gallery of images, and when the visitor hovers over the image, a web page pops up. This web page will have some basic info on the product and a link to a downloadable pdf brochure.

What we need is:

- Someone to create this for us on one page using approx 10 products as examples - complete with the hover pages. We will supply you with the images and content needed for this
- To create some easy to understand instructions - be this in Word with screenshots or a video - must be in English and easy to understand for Wordpress beginners. This is so they can take the one page you have already done and roll it out over their other product pages. So this must include the creation of galleries, adding galleries to pages and adding the hover functionality (they already know how to add new pages).

I am meeting my client Friday morning (GMT), so want to have a quote to give them. So please provide me with your hourly rate as well as the total number of hours you expect this would take.

I will potentially then select the successful candidate on Friday afternoon (GMT) or Monday.
