I need a pdf version of this webpage:

As you will see it is an invitation to an event; we need to be able to send it out as an attachment to some people, so it should not be too big.
The layout need not be exactly the same, and we could ditch the column on the left entirely.
I can provide the images if needed.
If possible, some links need to be embedded.
I also need to be able to amend it if need be.
This is needed quickly - by Monday 29 July at latest.
