Create a number of Ebay Listings using existing template with info from Supplier

I require a number of Ebay listings to be created using my existing template.

Only the HTML is required, it does not need to be loaded into Ebay itself.

The information to be populated will be taken from my suppliers website based on the product ID list I provide.
I will need approx 40-50 listings to be created in this first batch.

The information is bullet points so no fancy wording is required but some thought is required to ensure the information is presented clearly.

The data in the template is in a HTML Table, so some knoweldge of HTML is required to increase/decrease table size based on required information, but no complex HTML changes will be asked for.

Any ability to photoshop the suppliers matching product images (re-size/watermark/boarder) would be a bonus.

The listings are for hand tools so any basic knowledge of this may also be useful.
