Create a mySQL server with PHP commands for mathematical manipulation of server data.

Description: Our organization, StarbuckDesigns, is building a rudimentary decision analysis database manipulation tool. The tool requires the creation of a mySQL server with databases that can be edited by our employees, and a PHP client (web-interfact) that can be used to perform mathematical calculations on the data stored on the mySQL server. Eventually the project will expand into creating a user-facing website that will facilitate users' use of the decision analysis calculators (PHP / mySQL company-side) (CSS, HTML, Flash user-side).

Time frame: We are interested in starting planning and construction of the server and PHP tools as soon as possible. We would like the work to be done within one month of start-date.

An estimation of the amount of work:
-One free-hosted mySQL server setup with an informal tutorial for our staff on how to add/remove/edit tables in the database.
-One free-hosted PHP client with an informal tutorial for our staff on how to use PHP to call specific data and manipulate that data with equations, the variables of which will come from both the mySQL server and our staff/users.

The deliverable is very informal, and only needs to be the items listed above (no formal presentations, site visits, etc)

If this project goes well, we may be interested in a second contract to create the user-facing web site mentioned above.
