As a web development company, once work is complete on client's websites/web applications, we offer support/maintenance for their site in exchange for a fixed monthly fee.
While not under contract with any clients currently, some new clients are requesting a support contract, hence the requirement for a contract.
Points to consider:
- The monthly fee differs from client to client (this is dependant on the complexity of the website/application).
- We do have a list of our support points which will be provided.
