Create a list - data research and entry person is required

I’m looking for an experienced data research and entry person required by an online business based in UK for an on going project

I am looking for an excel spreadsheet created, with collected information on WOMEN working across various sectors in LONDON only. The sectors we require research on are as follows:


Finance - Investment Banks, Hedge Funds, Asset/Wealth Management and Private Equity Companies. These companies should range from Boutique Companies (Small in size), Mid-Market (Medium in Size) and Large Companies

Legal – Again London based companies should range from Boutique Companies (Small in size), Mid-Market (Medium in Size) and Large Companies across various disciplines.

Media – London based Media, Advertising, PR and Creative agencies medium to large in size


We are only looking for women in position of seniority ONLY i.e. SENIOR/DIRECTOR/ACCOUNT DIRECTOR/BOARD/PARTNER level – no mid to entry level ladies, average earnings should be above £50,000, between ages of 35-50 yrs.


The details that would be required for each woman are as follows:
• email address,
• company name and address
• phone number as a minimum requirement

The details are to be submitted on a CSV or EXCEL file. The focus of our business is to present new opportunities to these women once researched and inputted, so the data has to be relevant and up to date.

There are various ways of data capture and channels to use e.g LinkedIn, as a business we are open to the variations available and would like your input on this. The data will be checked for validity.

The successful applicant will be paid a price per 100 data entries that are uploaded via file weekly/monthly. But I am open to suggestions on how best to work this. Either way I want to give the successful person the ability to work the hours that suit.

The successful applicant must be able to speak fluent English, and have access to Skype or at least a land telephone line. Preferably prefer someone based in UK.

If this works, I would like to present future opportunities to the right lady/gent! Project to start end of March.
