Create a library of Google Latitude API functions in ASP or ASP.NET

I require a set of easy to use ASP or ASP.NET functions to access Google Latitude from my IIS machine.

I already have a process that logs latitude and longitude date to my IIS server. I'd like to upload these to Google Latitude via my own scripts for display.

In simple terms I need to be able to INSERT latitude and longitude data into Google Latitude and request historical data and display a map overlay for the last 24 hours etc.
