Create A HTML Newsletter Template

I am looking for someone who can create me a HTML newsletter template that I can add various text to each month and mail out via mailchimp or Campaign Monitor - ideally the former.

I have various images and logo's that I need to display. This will also be ongoing per month as the images will need to change as will the content.

I am looking to get started pretty much straight away as the first newsletter will go out this month announcing office and phone number changes.
