Create a event-schedulr-record keeper application

Your job is to create an end user application. the application is to be downloaded on computer, and an icon sits bottom right hand corner of computer, by clicking it, a tablet appears with about 20 rows and 6 colums. please see attachment. the end user can put in event information, name of event, type of event and severl dates. highlights. Its designed to be a simple record keeper so that the end user knows when things are becoming due, can be colour coded and marked as done etc. Once complete the copyright will belong to client(me).This is a fixed price £200.
