Create a Database and data entry

I am a small online business that has just started out. I am a designer and do not have the time to organise the admin side of the business.

I have started a database on excel however it is somewhat lacking and It needs tidying up and new products added etc. The products need product codes too.

It would be helpful if it could be converted into access? If possible it would be great to have sales reports etc from this.

This job would be ongoing. Once my site goes live I will need someone I can trust to update site with products etc so If we both work well with each other it would be something we could keep going with.
