Experience Level: Intermediate
I need a module for prestashop that calculates the shipping rate based on the total order weight, order value, country and partial postcode.

I have written a module for osCommerce that does this but am at a loss to do the same for prestashop.

I have no idea how much this should Costco I have left the price blank! Suggestions please!
