Create a bespoke booking system for my company

I want to automate much of my admin so I have come up with a system that could do precisely that for them. So what I want is people to be able to get an online quote for the booking and then that the booking then goes through to me to confirm and once I have done that, auto email goes to customer for payment. The system would then organise the booking from start to finish. I have attached a PDF on how it would work.
