Create a 30 minute e-learning training module

We are an educational publisher based in the UK. We are looking for an experienced person to take an existing guidance document and convert it into an engaging e-learning module of approx 30 minutes in duration. We can do the technical bit inhouse if needs be, what we need is a creative, original thinker who can write a great course for our customers, including coming up with ideas for making each question more interesting than multiple choice and blocks of text.
