Create 3 banners for a Wordpress site

We are a small training and coaching consultancy with a focus on open, constructive communication. We don't like the static headshots included in most biographies, so we need:
3 banners that need to be created, one for each trainer profile on my Wordpress.org site. I have a completed one I like (Duncanbanner) and I need 3 more done, using 3/4 images per banner.
