Create 2 animated videos (1 a shortened version of the other)

Not sure if you can help - a few years ago I had a video created for the company I worked for: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Cl8n4viMu1M

I am looking to get a version along these lines created for my current company. There would be two versions - one around 2.5 mins long, and a shorter version of around 90 seconds, but with no difference apart from a section removed for the shorter version. I would write the main wording for the video (mainly updated versions of what you see here) and of course provide the new company logo. No voiceover required, just music overlaid (potentially the same track)

Would this be something you could create, and if so, who much would it cost?
