Create 16 banners/slider images for my websites

*IMPORTANT* - I will only be reviewing bids which supply a completed sample of 1 of the banners I need created. If you are not willing to supply that please don't bid.

I have 4 websites, and I need approximately 16 large banner / slider images created for their homepages. But more generally I am looking for a designer that I like and trust, I run a digital marketing agency so I will have a lot of graphic design work coming up in the coming months.

See the files attached, this contains the full brief for the first banner I need created which I will be using to choose the winning designer for the full job (and future jobs hopefully!). I have to run the project like this because I have found that when it comes to graphic design, people's portfolios often lie.
