Covert psd/jpg to html code

I need someone who can convert the website into html so that the words in the picture can be picked up by search engines...

the main goal is to allow search engines to pick up on the words in the image

i think this will need some clarification so feel free to ask...

note: I will supply you with the psd or jpg

it would be helpful if you could provide some proof of you doing this in the past, that way i can reach a conclusion at a much faster rate.
