Cover design

I need a cover design for a book. The project is about past lives and reincarnation in astrology, and the cover should look like the example given below, but brighter and more lively (no black or drab colours, preferably rich blue, purples or really shiny background colours like in background image provided) including an astrological wheel or constellations. The designer must agree for this image to be used as a book cover and not to use this image for any other products or projects in the future. The title of the book will be given after receiving winning bid as well as a logo to be included in the cover. I would also like to see the quality of your previous work.
