Couple of quick changes / fixes to Oscommerce Website

I would like some text that i will email you copy and pasted below the delivery banner on our homepage so that it appears on every single page. This then needs to be removed on the 1st June. I need the shipping to be calculated on our one page checkout after any coupon codes have been entered, at the moment it calculates it based on the amount put in the basket.
I would like this done asap. Please send me a message for the domain url as I can't post it here.
