Counterclaim for tenancy dispute

We are having a tenancy dispute with our landlord- it has been going on for six months and we believe we have been very unfairly treated.
We stopped paying the rent as of last week.
The landlord has provided a letter saying they will sue for the balance of the rent (three months remaining) if we do not pat. We believe we have a case.
We would like someone to help us draft a simple counterclaim.
We have all of the correspondence and have drafted a letter setting out the facts. We would like to be able to fully brief someone over the phone and walk through the circumstances.
