ISSUES/ BUGS TO CORRECT

1. When a user is deleted on joomla and wants to re-register using the same email address they are not allowed.
2. Changes that allow for person to use the same email address to sign up/ register for both a contractor and employer account.


PUTTING ACCOUNT LIMITATIONS

Employer
The employer will not be allowed to either post a job or to make it visible to contractors until they fulfill the verification process.

They have to complete the two verification processes:
1. Identity Verification
They must upload scanned images of their two forms of ID and a utility bill

2. Payment Verification
If they choose to pay using credit card, 2 small amounts will be deducted and returned to them upon verification.

Contractor

Identity Verification
They must upload scanned images of their two forms of ID and a utility bill
Once verified they will be given a badge that indicates that they are verified: Verified Contractor or Verified Employer

For now, the payment verification module is not required.

So in essence, the job entails dealing with:

A. The database issues regarding registration

1. If as administrator a user is deleted, they should be able to re-register using the same email address as they did before.

2. Person should be able to sign up using the same email address for both employer and contractor accounts.

B. Putting in the identification verification module.

The identification verification module I would assume entails:
1. Restricting job posting function until the two verification processes are fulfilled on the employer's end.

2. Restricting bidding function until identification verification is completed.

3. Allowing for both employer and contractor to upload scanned documents as copies of their forms of identification.
