Correct some coding

Previously had some additional work done by a web company who did a good job in what I asked but has caused free advertised listings on our directory to be hidden. Currently there are two options for our customers (alcholic venues) to sign up, paid or free. Currently only the paid listings are being shown on their relevant town page and the free are being hidden from view but are still on the site and can be found by using the search bar as opposed to the various drop downs criteria.
