Looking for a developer who can develop software like http://coretalk.co
All features and functionality are listed on the site.
The software needs to connect to a GSM modem with a sim card and needs to be compatible for Windows or Web.
For the online application no GSM modem to be used. (not sure if this is possible)
The software needs to be able to work internationally.
We want to resell the software and white label it for our clients. Must have easy installation and comfortable user interface.
If the software can be made as an online application, that will also be acceptable.
