Copywriting - How to apply for jobs PDF

I want to prepare a short PDF (approx 10 pages) which helps job applicants apply for jobs in the best possible way.

Giving them advice about where to look for jobs, how to apply, how to setup job alerts for relevant roles using indeed.com, being realistic about what jobs they can get, how to manage the online job applications process including what to write in covering letters with some examples, content they should ensure they put in their CV, how to prepare for interview (dressing appropriately, arriving early, researching the company, asking good questions).

It should be a summary guide to becoming the ideal job applicant.

I want to get someone who can work with me to create a draft version. I have a lot of information about this in my head already, I need someone who can flesh out a structure for this document based on a skeleton which we can agree. I can provide bullet point lists and quite a lot of help on the general content but I need someone who has the copy and layout skills to turn that into a decent looking PDF which can then be given to job applicants.

I also want to create some CV templates (word files) which will be an addition to this so we'll have a template for Senior management, a template for graduates, for first / second jobbers, and a generic one.
