Hi,
Our company is looking for 5 pieces of content to be written by Thursday lunchtime.
First type of articles we need: Blog Posts
These articles have to be a minimum of 300 words.
Second type of article: Press release
These articles have to be a minimum of 500 words.
Find some tips about press releases:
1. Make sure the information is newsworthy.
2. Tell the audience that the information is intended for them and why they should continue to read it.
3. Start with a brief description of the news, then distinguish who announced it, and not the other way around.
4. Ask yourself, “How are people going to relate to this and will they be able to connect?”
5. Make sure the first 10 words of your release are effective, as they are the most important.
6. Avoid excessive use of adjectives and fancy language.
7. Deal with the facts.
Blog posts and Press release need to be:
• Unique
• For an adult target
• SEO optimised
• The specified keywords need to be repeated 2 or 3 times
• Place 1 keyword at the top of the article
• Keyword should appear in the title
Any content will be refused if you don’t:
• Answer to the title given
• The grammar is incorrect
• The syntax is incorrect
• Not a unique content
Please view the attached for a more detailed brief and let me know if you have any questions. There are some suggested titles for the smaller articles, for the PRs I would expect you to do some research to find something a bit more news worthy.
