Copyriting of executive article about mentoring

I'm looking for someone to sharpen up a business article concerning mentoring. This is a 4 page document, lots of white space - page 4 contains tips - this page is most important in addition to intro.

I'm looking for someone to review the logic, consider any areas which are duplicated / excessive.

My target market are US and UK based executives - people of a semi-professional / professional, managerial / CXO type level.
