I am looking for someone with an in-depth understanding of UK copyright law and how courts go about making awards for photographs used outside of initial usage agreements.

There are roughly 2 letters and 4 emails to read through.

At the end of reading the information I'm after an impartial view to the contents of the letters and how a courts might reach a decision.
