Copy paste into excel spreadsheet

I need 16000 addresses taken from a pdf and copy and posted into appropriate columns in excel. I need this done for mail merge. Any tricks for excel you may have would really help. This is an easy but big job and urgent I need this in less than 12 hours as it is required asap. Please do not bid unless you can do this and work unsupervised as this is very very important no extension on deadline must have in this time.
