Copy / Paste content from Excel into the Press section of our Blog

We have about 150 press mentions or so that need to be manually copy / pasted into our Blog - http://blogsandbox2.peopleperhour.com/group/pressnews/ from an Excel Sheet.

The excel sheet has - publication date, link, title, description text

A person would have to

> click the link - to see if it is still active.
> if active - go to the blog editor and fill in the details from the excel sheet.
> if we have the logo already use the one we have or else pick up the logo from the site and upload it.
> That's it and then keep continuing till it's done

When we do it - it takes us 5 minutes to upload 1 press release we have about 150 of them.

The Job needs to start ASAP - If i find a good proposal I will award it straightaway. Please mention when you can start on it.. I am looking at bids regularly and so I would give priority to those that can start asap.
