Copy for my website

I am creating an online gallery with unique products and want to promote young artist within EU.
I have got few, lovely artists who signed up already and will need a lot of help in creating copy.

1 and 2.WHY US (SEPARATE FOR SELLERS AND FOR BUYERS) (around 300-400 words each)

We want artist to get convinced that there is no one else but us to sell their art with. We want them to feel appreciated, secure and proud to be part of our "project". What makes us different from the competition?
- We operate within European Union.
- We are not driven by profits, but by the fact that we want our artist to succeed internationally (not just on the local market).
- We listen to our artist and are open to their suggestions
- We want to create an exclusive environment. Promoting uniqueness and sustainability
- We also speak English, German, Italian, French Polish Slovak and some other languages in limited capacity..
- We can help our artist in many areas from PR to copy writing.

We also want to convince buyers that its safe to order via our website.
We want the buyers to know that we are donating 10% of our profits to charities and we want them(buyers) to feel like they are doing something humanitarian.
We offer a special present/gift service for our buyers (they have to describe a person who the gift is for. What is his/her personality, likes, dislikes, etc. and we will send them some suggestions).

We should add an info about the products we are after:
• Produced to a high quality with a twist.
• New, innovative and unique, as well as those which support and enhance our current collection
• We love and promote Eco products in the first instance
• Photographed well in a lifestyle setting or on a white background
