Copy editor/proofreader required to work their magic on a book manuscript for a specialist publisher. The topic is baking with food allergies, so the ideal candidate would be someone with a good knowledge of cooking/baking and preparing clear, accessible and accurate text for the general public. Knowledge of food allergies would be a bonus; acute detail to fact checking is a must.
Word count approx. 28,000. Starts March 2012.
Option to work at home or in our Farnham-based offices.
