Copy Editor for a Business Proposal

I am writing a business proposal about a software service related to "Business Driven Development", and I need a copy editor to help me edit my grammar and make the proposal "sound nice".

Although the proposal is computer programming related, the content is designed for non-technical audience so computer programming is required.

The proposal is under 2500 words.

The structure of the document looks like this:

1. Executive Summary
2. The Key Issues
2.1 Lack of Documentation
2.2 Quality Assurance
3. The Proposed Solution
3.1 Architecture
3.2 Implementation Options and Benefits
3.3 Schedule of Delivery
3.4 Requirements in UI
4 Appendices

I am a developer and my last time writing anything (other than emails) was in 2008.
