Copy a website and make in drupal

I would like to reproduce the Bizness Apps website as a drupal theme.
What i will require from the site is:
1. The exact functionality of the homepage. I.e. with these sliding tabs:
Overview
Bars
Realtors
Lawyers
Restaurants
Bands
Fitness
Religion
Nonprofits
2. The 'How it works' section, with all the left hand side tab pages
3. The 'Features section, with all the left hand side tab pages

Any reference to the reseller and white label account do not have to be included.

The actual App making program does not have to be made either. I only require these simple brochure pages recreating.

This should be written as a new Drupal website, and have the basic feature of being able to add additional pages.

This project is urgent so would appreciate a quick turn around.
