Cookie Notification

Following the new legislation I require a cookie notification that sits in the bottom right hand corner of my website and fits the websites genre and appearance so as to be subtle. Ideally a black transparent box that can already be seen widely on the site, white and pink writing with the three buttons in colours befitting the site. It is to look modern despite being a simple notification.
