Conveyancing

The chalet is a freehold chalet on a holiday park. It can only be used from march - Oct. It is a brick and upvc structure with a flat roof. We will have to pay some site fees for the upkeep of the area, electricity by coin meter which is collected by the site manager and business rates to the loacal authority as it can be let own as a holiday chalet.
It is currently owned by a charity and I know the site and area very well so will not be needing the normal searches that are done on houses. The deeds are registered with the land registry dept. is this sufficient information for a proper quote? Thanks Carol
