Convert/slice website design PSD into HTML

I have a PSD of a new website that I need converted into a working HTML/CSS website. Here are the requirements:

1) Since the PSD is flattened, you will need to slice out all of the images in order to create everything you need for a working design
2) For the navigation, create a rollover affect for the text
3) Two pages will be required: a homepage and a blank sub-page based on the homepage

That is pretty much it - standard conversion project.
