Convert quark 9.3 document to indesign CS 5.5 or wok from a PDF to recreate

I have a 33 page A5 Quark (9.3) print document. Simple layouts, mainly 1 big image on each spread, with a couple of smaller ones. 2 collages spreads on a square grid with 24 small images on each. Text cols and sizes vary page to page. Only 2 fonts used though. I want it converted into an InDesign 5.5 doc. I may ask for hi res versions of these files to be uploaded - all 12. Pretty standard for an indesign user. I estimate 5 hours and you should crack it if you recreated from a PDF. If you had the know how to import the document to InDesign its probably 1 hour! I would use you to work up the visuals to make up the extra hours. You need American typewriter / helvetica Neu installed.
