Convert PSDs to responsive HTML/CSS

I have a new website designed in various PSD files, roughly comprising of 9 pages - all of which share the same structural layouts (ie. header, side and footer same throughout).

I am looking for a developer to take these PSDs and convert them to pixel-perfect, well structured, responsive HTML/CSS. The PSDs show the standard website view so would need someone able to take these and convert to best responsive layout possible.
