Convert PSD to Responsive HTML/CSS with Bootstrap framework

Hello,

As the title says I need to convert a PSD design to Responsive HTML/CSS using the Twitter Bootstrap framework.

There are 2 distinct page layouts:

● Home page. The home page deck will comprise of a hero banner (slideshow of images/messages)
above-the-fold, and prime content CTAs will follow.
● Sub-page, 2 column. Sub-pages will contain a sidebar, which can be used for secondary navigation, and/or
CTAs.

The layout is to be fixed-width with the following trigger points:
● Wide desktop - 1920px
● Normal desktop - 1200px
● Small Desktop - 980px
