Convert PSD to HTML, Create admin area for projects/photo gallery

Job will require you to:

- Create fully functional HTML design from a PSD photoshop file
- As part of design, create a drop-down navigation with smooth effects (which is also SEO friendly)
- Create an admin area for the Projects portion of the website which allows the admin to add projects, upload photos, etc. (more details below)
- Display photos for project page using non-flash dynamically scrolling photo gallery
- The photo gallery will need to automatically display the photos to the appropriate scale and maintain the proper aspect ratio (so that all photos don't need to be resized)
- For this project there is 1 main design template, but 4 types of pages that need created: home page, projects page, project detail page, and standard sub-page (see more description for each page below, and see attachments for examples of each)
- Once the 4 pages above are working and finalized, the project will end (the rest of the website pages and content will be populated by the customer using these 4 pages as the base).

Homepage

Projects page
-------------
- See "projects.jpg" for an example of how this page will look with thumbnails
- Each thumbnail is a project that can be clicked on, which will take you to the "Project Details" page (see below)
- When you hover over a thumbnail, a rollover image will appear with the name of the project
- It is not shown explicitly, but this page will need different categories of projects. Each category would be listed on the side and when you click on it, only the projects for that category would appear (by default "All" would be selected so they would all show)
- In general the "Project" and "Project detail" page will need an admin area to login and add a new project, choose its category, add a new category, upload images, etc. The website would be dynamically updated when a project is added.
- In the admin area I should be able to specify which 4 pictures should be used on the homepage, or set it to choose random pictures
- In the admin area I should be able to specify a project to make "featured", and choose which 3 pictures to display, or set it to choose 3 random pictures


Project detail page

- The project detail information will be entered in the admin area when a new project is added
- The photos should be displayed as shown in the example. When the user scrolls to the left or right, the photos should dynamically slide left and right.
- There needs to be an option to make a photo full screen with a slideshow


Sub page

- This will just be a blank shell of an HTML file (based on design of other pages) that content can easily be added to
