Convert Prestashop 1.4 theme to 1.5.3 Prestashop

I am looking for someone that can convert my Prestashop 1.4 Template to 1.5

1. Convert my existing Prestashop 1.4 Theme to the latest 1.5.3 theme...
2. I will send you the existing 1.4 Theme for your modification.
4. Make sure all aspects of theme work with existing modules
5. Must make sure theme compatible to all major Browser. (No bug & Loading Fast)
6. Once the theme is ready will be tested & make sure no bug / error to release final payment.
7. You may show me on your test server before compile & send me the complete project
8. The Complete Template must be properly save in folders with installation instruction.
