Convert photoshop file to vector

See photoshop file attached. I need someone to recreate it as a vector file so it can be edited in Adobe Illustrator. If you magnify the current file you will see small thin lines that look like there was a render issue. I do not want the lines. Also the magenta arrow looks slightly transparent. I do not want to be able to see the cyan arrow through the magenta arrow.
