Convert our current fixed, 3 column 1-2-3 CSS template into fixed width SEO 2-1-3 template.

Hello. We are looking for some who is already highly proficient in writing CSS to convert our current website 3 column 1-2-3 CSS stylesheet templates into fixed width, SEO friendly 2-1-3 column ordering - whilst maintaining compatibility in major browsers. Any solution provided will be testing via http://crossbrowsertesting.com/ to ensure compatibility with the major browsers. Our website is written in Classic ASP, HTML and also utilises JavaScript and JQuery.

Needs our current CSS converting to allow fixed width, SEO friendly 2-1-3 column ordering.

Your solution must have no CSS hacks, be SEO friendly, have not Images or JavaScript - and be Cross-browser & windows/Android/iPhone/ipad compatible. I have found suggestions on how to do this, but I do not have the necessary skills to do the conversion myself. e.g.

Please note, our homepage is unique, single styled page and is the only page in this ccs template stylesheet.

Your new ccs stylesheet should have the same id's/classes as our current stylesheet to save me having to re-code my asp classic aps pages).

I will create a test page, with a link rel="stylesheet" that will point to where you have placed your css, called 213SEO.css. Alternatively, you can send me the 213SEO.css, but this will slow down your own testing.
