Convert our current fixed, 3 column 1-2-3 CSS template into fixed width SEO 2-1-3 template.

Hello!

We are looking for some who is already highly proficient in writing CSS to convert our current website 3 column 1-2-3 CSS templates into fixed width, SEO friendly 2-1-3 column ordering - whilst maintaining compatibility in major browsers. Any solution provided will be testing via http://crossbrowsertesting.com/ to ensure compatibility with the major browsers. Our website is written in Classic ASP, HTML and also utilises JavaScript and JQuery;

Needs CSS converting to allow fixed width, SEO friendly 2-1-3 column ordering.

Your solution must have no CSS hacks, be SEO friendly, have not Images or JavaScript - and be Cross-browser & windows/Android/iPhone/ipad compatible. I have found suggestions on how to do this, but I do not have the necessary skills to do the conversion myself.

We require an estimate of the number of hours you think this project would take you to complete.
