Convert old speeches done on a typewriter and by hand into text

I have old speeches from my wife's grandfather that were written on a typewriter and I need them converting to text. When I use an OCR program it only works on about 95% of the words so I still need to go through and check every single word. There are also some handwritten notes and corrections which need to be included.

I would provide a PDF of a scan of the speech and in return you provide the text of the document - you can either uses a OCR program and correct it manually or type it out yourself.

There are 23 speeches - you should be able to do about 4-6 an hour.
