Convert my concepts to T-shirt designs

I am trying to turn my concepts to actual designs for my T-Shirt line. I will need them to be ready within a 2 week deadline. Most of the designs are simple text graphics but a few are more complex graphics.

Will require a creative mind to visualise some concepts as the line has a foreign target market.

Requirements
Start date: 10/06/2013
Delivery date: 21/06/2013
Deliverables: 20 designs suitable for T-shirt screen printing fitting a max size of 450mm x 600mm on plain shirts
Style: Retro Modern Tees
Target age group: 16-40 year olds (Male and Female)


I shall provide details for each design and I shall be available for review and revisions as needed. I will expect to review the designs as we go along.

I will need someone who is reared up and ready to go. I prefer to communicate in English only.
